How the Engagement Works.

  • Calibration (Days 1–30) Listening tour, situation assessment, draft mandate.

  • Activation (Days 31–90) Mandate signed. First scorecard. First operating cadence in place.

  • Compounding (Days 91–180) Operating system installed. QBR. Renewal conversation in month 5.

  • Either renew with a fresh mandate, or design a transition that leaves a working system behind.

Two days per week. One fractional role CRO, CGO, or CCO. A senior executive embedded in your business with a focused, written mandate. One function, one operating cadence, one board-grade scorecard per month. The right starting point for companies with a clearly defined gap.

Senior

Tier

Three days per week. Expanded mandate. A senior practitioner running broader scope multiple functions in your business, cross-functional operating cadence, deeper leadership team integration, and more intensive working sessions. For companies where the bottleneck spans more than one department.

Strategic

Tier

Four or more days per week, near full-time equivalent. The widest mandate we offer. Multi-function, multi-team, with the deepest level of integration into your leadership infrastructure. Reserved for the most complex, highest-stakes engagements where partial presence is not enough.

Most clients see the first measurable outcomes, operating cadence, pipeline accountability, first scorecard in place by Day 90. The full return on the engagement typically materializes in months four and five, before the renewal conversation begins.
