The Origin.
Every consulting firm starts with a frustration. LD Strategy Group started with two.
The first frustration was watching brilliant founders of $5M, $15M, $30M businesses operate in the dark, making decisions about revenue, growth, and culture without access to the kind of strategic talent that used to require either a Fortune 500 paycheck or a McKinsey contract. The world's best operating thinking was flowing to the world's largest companies, and the businesses that actually move the global economy, small and medium businesses, were left to figure it out from books and podcasts.
The second frustration was watching the alternatives fail in predictable ways. Big firms wouldn't take the work. Fractional marketplaces functioned like recruitment platforms, not partnerships. Boutique consultancies sold projects with end dates. Coaches couldn't speak to revenue or operations. Each was good at one thing and missing the others that mattered.
LD Strategy Group exists in the deliberate seam in the middle. Three departments, one house, what we call the Integrated Trinity. Business growth, public presence, and founder evolution are not three separate purchases from three vendors who never speak to each other; they are one project, and we run it as one. Every engagement is built around a single principle: the client's growth is the only thing that matters.

About our Founder.
Lisa D. Block is the founder and managing principal of LD Strategy Group, a boutique global consultancy serving small and medium businesses with fractional executive leadership, creative thought-leadership services, and personal development coaching.
She spent three decades inside companies, in operations, commercial leadership, and finally the Chief Revenue Officer's chair building the infrastructure that turns commercial ambition into commercial execution. Most recently, as CRO at Hybrid Manufacturing Technologies Global, she held full P&L ownership across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, rebuilt the brand from the ground up, and installed the RevOps, pricing governance, and board-grade reporting frameworks the business runs on today.
In 2026 she left to build the firm she wished had existed for every $5M–$50M business she had watched try to grow without access to the strategic talent the Fortune 500 takes for granted. Her engagements combine the rigor of an elite consultancy with the warmth of a true partner and are designed to pay for themselves within ninety days.
She has particular depth in global manufacturing and advanced technology, with a soft spot for family-owned manufacturers facing succession, modernization, or the growth jump that exposes every weakness in the operating model. She speaks and writes on fractional leadership, the small-and-medium-business growth gap, and the human side of growth.
